Polished wheels are some of the most difficult wheels to refurbish. The entire repair process is longer compared to powder coated or machined wheels because of the amount of time that is involved to prep the wheel. 

 

We have wheel polishing machines that use a series of tumbling and vibrating to completely polish the wheel on both sides to a chrome-like finish. After the wheel is completely polished, a powder coat clear is added to retain the finish. Only light maintenance is necessary after the clear coat is applied. 

 

Of course some wheels such as American Force, Center Line, Weld Racing, Mickey Thompson, etc. are not made to have a clear coat applied because of the grade of aluminum however we can polish them but cannot apply any clear coat.
